Adv. Battash has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2004. Adv. Battash is a founding partner in the firm and leads the firm's litigation field.
Adv. Battash has extensive experience and expertise in the field of commercial litigation, and he appears frequently before a wide range of courts, religious courts and tribunals, including representation of litigants in arbitrations and mediations and in a wide range of legal proceedings.
Adv. Battash has expertise in managing complex legal proceedings, such as class actions, derivative claims, claims among shareholders and more.
In addition, Adv. Battash is an expert in the area of insolvency proceedings, has extensive experience in corporate liquidation and reorganization proceedings, receiverships, bankruptcy proceedings and complex debt arrangements.
Adv. Battash advises the firm's clients on broad areas of commercial law, including handling transactions, preparing commercial contracts, labor law, real estate transactions, complex debt arrangements, debt collection, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, dissolution of partnerships, wills and estates, as well as ongoing Individual Counseling and Company Counseling in various fields.
Adv. Battash serves as an arbitrator on behalf of the Arbitration Institute of the Israel Bar Association.
In addition, Adv. Battash serves as a Complainant on behalf of the Ethics Committee of the Tel Aviv and Central District in disciplinary complaints filed against lawyers since 2008. He also represents lawyers in disciplinary proceedings against them.
Mr. Battash holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.
